# Terms of Use

CleanKit is provided for personal use to help you review and organize photos in your device’s photo library. By downloading or using CleanKit, you agree to these Terms of Use.

You are responsible for the photos and content you access, manage, share, favorite, or delete through the app. CleanKit uses Apple’s system photo library APIs to perform actions such as favoriting and deletion, and some actions may be irreversible or subject to Apple Photos behavior, including the Recently Deleted album. You should maintain your own backups of any photos you do not want to lose.

CleanKit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that any photo management action will always succeed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or data-loss-related damages arising from your use of the app.

Purchases & Subscriptions

* Payment: All purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID.
* Subscriptions: Auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage subscriptions in App Store settings.
* Refunds: Contact Apple Support for refund requests.

You may use CleanKit only in compliance with applicable law. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to reverse engineer it except where such restrictions are not permitted by law.

Your use of CleanKit is also subject to our Privacy Policy. If you have questions about these Terms, contact: <cleankit_app@outlook.com>
